Exchange of goods
Dear Customers,
If you are dissatisfied with the ordered goods or they do not suit you, we offer the possibility of exchanging the goods. The exchange is possible within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the following conditions are met:
- The goods are unused and undamaged
- The goods are in their original packaging
- All original documents (warranty card, user manual, etc.) are included with the goods
Procedure for Exchanging Goods
- Contact us via email at info@all-the-best.eu and inform us about your wish to exchange the goods.
- Fill out the attached protocol for goods exchange
- Send the goods along with the completed protocol to our address:

- After receiving the goods and checking their condition, we will send you the new goods of your choice.
Costs Associated with the Exchange
The customer bears the costs for returning the goods. Our company covers the costs for shipping the new goods.
Availability of Goods
Exchange of goods is only possible within the available range. If the desired goods are currently unavailable, we will contact you regarding alternative options.
Price Differences
If the price of the new goods is higher than the original, the difference must be paid. If the price of the new goods is lower, the difference will be refunded.
